Source: https://github.com/wordset/wordset-dictionary at 4503bfafbe4556361a296b9d368c18168dfb56c3. The derived definition data is CC BY-SA 4.0, separately from game code. Full attribution and notices are bundled in Resources/Notices/wordset.txt and the Mac app Notices folder. Tools/build_definitions.py reproduces the 54,114-entry game-word subset, first-sense extraction, semicolon trimming, and whitespace normalization. Missing entries are silently omitted; this dictionary never determines word legality.
